What are Frizzante Wines? These are what in the wine world are called “semi-sparkling wines”, which means that they are only gently sparkling. To obtain this, the wine has between 1 – 2.5 bars of pressure as opposed to the regular sparkling wines, which normally have between 3 – 4 bars of pressure.
The result is a wine that is very pleasant to drink, both on palate and nose. We produce our Frizzante with 5.5% vol. to maintain a light, fresh, and fruity wine. They’re intended to be easy-drinking and to show off the lovely fruit flavors of the grapes: Verdejo for our white and Moscato for our rosé Frizzante.
